Service was good and very friendly. The restaurant was cozy-looking, but felt cold so I had to keep my jacket on. Wish I'd ordered the pizza, because the lasagna, which the waiter told me was their "signature dish" was borderline inedible. I was expecting a nice, layered lasagna with ricotta or cottage cheese; what I got was a bowl of noodles mixed up with the most tasteless "bolognese" sauce, which had not even a hint of tomato to it. I kept adding hot sauce and extra parmesan cheese, in order to get any flavour....but I eventually gave up and ate less than half of it. I gave my honest feedback to the waiter, and it would have been a nice gesture for him to take at least part of it off my bill, but he didn't. Fail! My dinner companions all had pizza, which they seemed happy enough with...until the bill came and they realized how pricey it was (one small Meat Lover's Pizza was $20. Yikes!) We probably won't be in a hurry to go back to Caesar's; mainly its' location is what drew us in...it's right next door to my dinner companions' home.
